To respect both your time and mine, a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduled sessions.
This applies to all services except group classes and virtual bootcamp sessions, which operate on a set schedule and do not require advance cancellation.

I understand that emergencies do happen, and I am always willing to be flexible when unexpected situations arise. However, whenever possible, I kindly ask that you notify me as far in advance as you can, so the time can be offered to another client.

****Please note that missed sessions without prior communication will be considered a no-show and payment for that session will still be required.

This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows me to maintain an organized and reliable schedule
