BBA Fitness Bootcamp classes are challenging yet fun and motivational.
Each day, you will be challenged to reach your highest physical potential!
Exercises include:
Strength & Cardiovascular Training • Circuit Training and Plyometric Style Workouts • Core Conditioning, HIIT & More!
MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY: 6 A.M. TO 7 A.M.
Saturdays : 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.

Fee Packages:
(Option #1) Paid in Advance $10 per class for 10 or more classes
Example: You pay $100 for 10 classes, each time you attend a class, I deduct $10. When all 10 paid sessions are used you, can re-up at any increment of $10 moving forward
(Option #2) Pay as you come – $15 per class each time you attend.
